• To attend customer enquiries and orders via phone/email
• To prepare documents based on customer enquiries
• To liaise with warehouse in coordinating customer enquiries, orders and stock availability
• To coordinate the customers¡¯ orders deliveries
• To liaise with forwarding agents and transporter for shipment arrangement and documentation
• To issue invoice/ deliver order/ credit note/ debit not and others
• Assist in payment collect from customer and liaise with finance department
• To monitor stock level and update planner
• To handle the daily incoming and outgoing stock movement

|Requirements:||:||• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQL Knowledge will be added advantage.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
