• Update and check employee daily attendance and leave application
• Ensure employee database up to date and assist on payroll computation
• Handling staff recruitment by deal with resources agent or thru online website
• Handle and maintain confidential matter, correspondence and report
• Draft, formats and prints relevant documents for internal or outgoing
• Handling on any application related to government departments and/ or service provider
• Overseeing the maintenance of office/factory equipment and supplies replenishment
• Support in the day to day administrative matters
• Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
• Assists in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
